Makes 4 servings and take about 30 minutes depending.
Ingredients
- 2 Bunches of Kale cut into bite-able sizes
 - 1 cup of tomatoes dice-afied
 - 1/2 cup of pine nuts
 - 1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries
 - 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of salt
 - 4 tablespoons of ghee (clarified butter), sunflower oil, or coconut oil.
 - pepper to taste.
 
I really like this recipe, the ingredients are things that I keep on hand, and they go so perfectly together. Plus the colors are complementary. :)
