My favorite products for bath time.

I lovey lovey love their lavender bubble bath and bath salts. They make my skin and hair so clean and soft. Also after a hard and frustrating day in ceramics and then doing all the various hous things I do the salts make my tired bones feel gooood.

All organic ingredients, so yummy hibiscus, chamomile, rose, and rooibos. Soooo yummy.

I listen to their radio on pandora.

My nook. Comes in handy so much.

That's really all I ever need. Maybe a little pastry if I have some, but it isn't necessary.

Yesterday I found out that I don't have school today, tomorrow, or next Tuesday or Wednesday. I think I shall go to the park. Have a great day!

My little girl, part two.

Yesterday I went to visit my little girl. She and her brothers were all asleep so I watched the older boys play together until they woke up. They are so soft and so sweet. When I was petting them they would poosh each other out of the way for petting rights. They love being pet behind their ears.
That's all for now, enjoy your day!

My little girl

Well, she did it. Licorice had her kids today! Don't know who Licorice is? Well, I'll fill you in. She is the darling goat that I milked for my goat milk lady while she was off hunting, and is one of the two goats that I get my milk from. Find the post from my milking days here. The first goat that Stacy (my goat milk lady) was wanting to give me was one of her other goats babies, but she ended up having 3 boys, all snowy white, and no girl. But, Licorice did have 2 boys, and.. wait for it....A GIRL! She was the smallest and most likely the last to come out (she still had some leftover..stuff on her that her mom left on her but not on the boys) The mom is black, but the babies are all white with some blondish, kida' light, light, light orange on them. The girl has a little brown/black streek going down her neck. I want to name her Dala, it means luminescence; brightness; light in Norwegian. She snuggled in my arms, and started to fall asleep. When I put her down and I petted her she would wiggle her little tail. I went to say hi to the other goats, the chickens, the horses and the mule. When I came back she came up to me and wiggled her little tail. Suffice to say, I am a severely ecstatic, and truly delighted "mother"
I'll try and post more pictures tomorrow.

Balancing breakfast

This is my breakfast this morning. It is very delicious, however it is very good for starting off your day with a healthful kick! If you want to truly have the optimal amount of health benefits, omit the dairy, however I do better with a little bit of dairy in the morning.
For a balancing breakfast to help your organs repair and feel GREAT, eat...

  • Tree Nuts, the morning is the best time to eat these according to your internal clock, to help your organs. What I have usually are walnuts.
  • Tree Fruits, again, the morning is the best time to eat these, being full of water, they make it easier to get hydrated in the morning. Today I have apples and dates.
  • Sweeteners from trees. Honey from fruit blossoms, like apricot, apple, peach, etc. and maple syrup.
  • Balancing drink. 1tsp of maple syrup and 1tsp of cocoa powder in a cup filled with coffee. The cocoa powder and coffee when mixed cancel out the caffeine oddly enough. This drink balances hormones, and helps with all sorts of hormone related...things. Basically it makes my mom not cranky all the time, and any problems that you have that are hormone related will get better or even go away.
  • Basically anything that comes from a tree, the morning is the time that your body dose best on these foods and can get the most out of the food, also it's the time that these foods have the most nutrition and energy.
This is part of a program that I have bean reading about and trying with good results. I know others who have had extremely good results with this program. Called Yes No Maybe Chronobiotic Nutrition

Well, I'm going back to watching Martha Stewart, have a great day!
