The Skin Smoothie.

Strawberries are so full of amazing nutrients that will nourish your skin and get rid of pesky blemishes, and the tea has anti-oxidants. Hurrah! 
  • About 1 1/2 to 2 cups of frozen Strawberries.
  • 2 cups of black or green tea steeped to perfection and cooled. (Today I used black tropical peach tea) 
  • 2 tbsp. of Honey or to taste.
    • If you want some extra boost add some cucumber, they are SO good for your hair and skin. (will make them, shiny, smooth,  and your hair will become thicker.)
Blend and enjoy!
